The ideal candidate will be a customer focused Project
Manager with some experience managing agile technology projects for SME
clients.
While you don't have to be a former developer or engineer,
you should be au-fait with the language and processes around the software
development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and not shy away from technical
conversations.
Ideally, you'll have, or be working towards, an agile
qualification - whether that's PSM1, PSO1 or AgilePM.
We're looking for candidates based anywhere in the UK. This is
a remote-first role, with a couple of days a month on site at the client's
offices in either London or Manchester, with travel costs covered. We also have
offices in Gloucester, which you are welcome to work from if you prefer hybrid
work.
Obviously, the successful candidate will be well organised,
highly professional in their ways of working and demeanour and able to work
well in a team. If you have experience in estates, that may be a benefit,
however, we understand that diversity of background (which includes experience
in other industries) brings many benefits.
As this role sits somewhere between entry and mid-level,
personal attributes and attitude are more important than technical project
management knowledge. Training and mentorship will be provided.
